After more than two decades in the staffing industry, I can confidently say—I love what I do. As a recruiter at Humanix, a locally rooted staffing firm in beautiful Spokane, Washington and Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, I’ve seen firsthand how impactful this work can be. The picture associated with this post is of Greta and me at a Spokane job fair. She has been doing an excellent job sourcing candidates for us, but just recently started placing them into jobs. After her first placement, she with excitement, “you know, this is going to become addictive!” I couldn’t agree more, Greta!
