As a Senior Recruiter in the staffing industry, I have been witnessing this paradigm shift for the past year. A paradigm shift is defined as an important change that happens when the usual way of thinking about or doing something is replaced by a new and different way.
What is creating this shift? Plain and simple… A shortage of qualified workers.
Thus far in 2018, I am proud to say that many of my placements have been senior candidates in management roles. Positions have included Accounting, Manufacturing, Sales and Human Resources. Salaries have ranged upwards of $100K plus bonus.
