Jason feels his strongest asset is knowing what he doesn’t know. This gives him the drive to learn and adapt to ever changing markets and industries. He’s our Director of Business Development but has a deep passion for recruiting since he began in the staffing world 11 years ago. Although he jokes that he’s been talking for a living since 1996 when he started his career as an overnight DJ at local radio stations in Spokane. His lifework has become making impactful connections with other people and recruiting/business development has become his professional platform in which to do that. He specializes in deep qualification of candidates and companies for what makes them unique through active listening. He gets great joy from helping others advance their careers, finding hard to find people, and developing long term mutually beneficial partnerships with other companies! When he’s not working he enjoys spending time with his young boys, physical fitness, and watching his beloved Seattle Seahawks.

Cheryl is usually the one who’ll greet you when you walk in our door. She knows how anxious people can feel when they’re applying for work and she strives to provide an inviting and comfortable first impression for all who come in. She can’t wait to meet you and to help make your Humanix experience a positive one.
Our goal driven recruiter, Cindy absolutely believes in finding the best in every candidate she reaches. Always willing to listen and engage with anyone struggling in their job search, her day is made when she’s helped a candidate (or team mate) by listening, validating their worth, and maybe even helping them overcome an issue that’s been holding them back. A jokester that bakes a mean cake, Cindy’s the one you want in your career corner!

The glue that holds our oft-times chaotic world of recruiting together. We’re kind of like that duck that appears so calm above the water, but whose webbed feet are furiously paddling below the surface. Bobbi’s our webbed feet! Making sure we meet all the hiring requirements, I’s are dotted and the T’s have been crossed. All with a smile, a hug, and the occasional kick in the pants. She plans great parties, too! Bobbi is also a Patient Ambassador sharing her story, fundraising and supporting the Hereditary Angioedema community.

OK, so we tried to get some good dirt on these 2, but they’re busy managing all of our paychecks, so we figured you’d understand if we left them to that IMPORTANT job. Suffice it to say- our “numbers people” ROCK!
As VP/COO, Mark is responsible for managing the day to day operations of Humanix. He’s an EWU Eag, with a BA in Finance and the Eagle scream as his phone ring tone. He claims his job is pretty easy because of his team, but it could also be because he’s in the right position for his natural strengths as a Focused Achiever, able to quickly analyze situations and direct his team to the highest performance levels. He also has a devilish side that comes out in attempts to scare his un-suspecting and very hard working co-workers when they least expect it. He will tell you paybacks can be a bit extreme!
Nancy’s Marketing and Organizational degrees from Gonzaga University in the early Eighties propelled her achiever, activator and arranger mind set. Joining Humanix in 1988, the path to her leadership role honed her strengths as a strategic visionary responsible for driving our focus on continual improvements to meet our transforming workplace environment. Both internally and as a trusted advisor to our client companies. She’s got a mind that never stops seeing opportunity, you’ll often hear Nancy start a sentence….Just brainstorming out loud here….THAT’s when the fun begins!
