Title: Surface Mount End of Line Inspector/Stacker

We are currently recruiting for Surface Mount End of Line Inspector/Stacker positions to help with increased production in Coeur d’Alene, ID for this manufacturing company! There is excellent potential for overtime to meet production goals. Apply now and let’s chat about this career opportunity!
Compensation for the Surface Mount End of Line Inspector/Stacker
• Swing shift: Monday through Thursday, 4:30pm – 2am with mandatory overtime to be hired
• Weekend day shift: Friday through Sunday 6am – 6:30pm (36 hours total, but you will be paid for 40!)
• $15 – $16 per hour depending on the shift
• Must work all scheduled overtime to be hired, otherwise this would be an ongoing temporary position

Responsibilities for the Surface Mount End of Line Inspector/Stacker
• Catch and stack printed circuit boards coming off the end of the line once a product has been printed/screened
• Assist the SMT Operator and team with other duties as assigned
• Place the printed circuit boards in the proper place after each process
• You will be trained on the proper handling of circuit boards so as not to damage them
• Maintain a clean, safe, and unobstructed work area
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements for the Surface Mount End of Line Inspector/Stacker
• Team player, willing to learn and follow directions
• Positive attitude
• Great attendance
• Familiar with the use of basic hand tools
• Able to learn shop processes quickly and safely
• Good manual dexterity
• Self-motivated, able to work alone or as part of a team to deliver required tasks
• Able to work scheduled overtime
• Able to recognize quality and/or efficiency issues and recommend corrective action
• Physical requirements: 100 % standing, lift a minimum of 25 pounds, reach at and above shoulder height
