Our construction client located in Ogden, UT is a family-owned company that has been in business for the past 35 years operating as a commercial general contractor in the state of Utah. Projects include multifamily/multi-unit, senior housing, hospitality, retail, office buildings, municipal buildings, storage units, tilt-ups, banks, and other assorted projects. Additionally, they offer services in design-build and construction management.

Responsibility of the Superintendent position:
Your position takes ownership for the ultimate success of their projects and are the face of the company in the field to their owner’s clients. The executive team and staff strongly support the company’s Superintendents. Superintendent’s lead the project team with subcontractor supervision, safety, quality control, utility coordination, daily field supervision, city official coordination, and material deliveries.

Requirements of the Superintendent position:
• 5+ years of general commercial construction experience managing field operations for a general contractor with multifamily or multiunit building experience.
• Front-line supervision for all project personnel and phases of construction
• Promoting teamwork with Project Manager, Project Engineer, architect, engineers, city officials, inspectors, safety officials, subcontractors, and company personnel
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project a plus
