Compensation for the Sales and Marketing Associate
• $21 – $26 Per Hour DOE
• Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm
• Great benefits are available upon hire which include Medical, Dental 401k, Simple IRA, 3 weeks’ vacation, 10 holidays per year.
Responsibilities for the Sales and Marketing Associate
Operations
• Sales support for onboarding new clients and setting up trials
• Setting up users and managing their portal access
• Tracking customer usage statistics and reporting other KPIs
• Administration of the company’s CRM system
Marketing
• Running digital marketing campaigns
• Managing social media posts
• Writing short marketing pieces for emails, blogs, and collateral materials
• Posting research and analysis to our blog and other digital channels
• Manage the marketing and events calendar
• Creative content generation – infographics, PowerPoint, webinars, and other multimedia content
• Other related duties to the sales, marketing, and operations function as they arise.
Requirements for the Sales and Marketing Associate
• Bachelor’s Degree in sales, marketing, or business administration
• 2 – 3 Years of experience as a Sales and Marketing associate.
• Experience with CRMs (Salesforce or other)
• Knowledge of email tools such as Pardot, MailChimp, etc.
• Adobe or other graphics editing software
