Our client is transferring work from other manufacturing sites to their Spokane Valley facility and adding a team of Quality Supplier Assistants. These positions will be making sure quality assurance standards are met for each supplier. If you enjoy trouble shooting, this position is for you.
Responsibilities of the Quality Supplier Assistant
Each position will start with 20 suppliers and will be verifying that all paperwork meets the completion requirements and verifying shipment information with customers. This position will eventually take on 50 suppliers. A lot of your time will be trouble shooting and verifying information. You will learn the company’s software program and work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation for the Quality Supplier Assistant
These positions offer a wage of $18-$24 per hour, depending on experience. These positions will last at least one year and there is a strong potential to be hired full time. There will be a benefit package available upon hire by the client. The schedule is M-F, 7am- 4pm with some flexibility on start and finish times.
Requirements of the Quality Supplier Assistant
• Quality, regulatory, or document control experience
• Experience with SharePoint is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage projects and meet projected due dates
• Experience communicating with customers or suppliers
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Able to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
