Ready to kick start your career? Our client needs your exceptional customer service skills as the first point of contact for customers ordering machinery parts. Fabulous phone presence is a must, as well as your ability to navigate various software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) Training will be provided to get you up to speed with their systems and processes. If your customer service experience includes manufacturing, that’s a real plus! This is a 3 month position with the opportunity to prove yourself indispensable and get hired. Time to shine!
Responsibilities of the Parts Order CSR:
This is a 6 person team with 3 located in Chicago and 3 here in Spokane. 80% of your time will be spent on the phone helping customers with parts quotes, order placement, and order follow-up. With your additional responsibilities of completing quotes, assisting the accounting department with invoicing issues, and new client account set-up keeping you busy with variety every day.
Compensation for the Parts Order Customer Service:
With a Mon-Fri 730-4 schedule. At $19/hr, this position is a long-term opportunity. Excellent benefits upon hire including 401(k) with company match and tuition reimbursement.
Qualifications of the Parts Order CSR:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Proven Customer Service skills
Proficient MS Office skills
