A client of ours in Spokane, WA is in search of a temporary Parking Garage Assistant. This position supports the company’s parking and grounds. You will get to work in a modern building and work in a great company culture, so apply today! This position is expected to last about 4 months.
Responsibilities of the Admin Assistant
• Handling customers’ parking queries
• Answer / Direct phone calls
• Maintaining reports utilizing company’s own system as well as using MS Excel and Word
• Audit parking ticket transactions
• Handling credit/debit transactions with lots of checks and balances around managing the finances
• Team effort so occasionally providing coverage for booth and parking lot staff
Compensation for the Administrative Assistant:
Starting salary is $15.00 – $20. Additional perks available such as free car washes. If you are hired on full-time, there are full benefits available.
Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:
• Strong customer service and people interaction skills
• Does not happen frequently but handles stress and conflict well
• Knowledge of Word and Excel
