Our client in Post Falls, ID, is looking for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to add to their team. This person will perform day-to-day management tasks as well as take care of the bookkeeping for this construction office. This company supports three separate companies underneath one umbrella, so there are a lot of moving pieces to this role. This person will be a self-starter that is comfortable working in a construction environment. If you have a Notary License, that is a huge plus!
Responsibilities of Office Manager / Bookkeeper
The Office Manager / Bookkeeper will be responsible for a wide variety of things around the office. They will be managing typical office duties such as incoming phone calls and emails, preparing reports, obtaining permits through governmental agencies, data entry for job orders and inventory orders, as well as handling the bookkeeping for the office.
Compensation for Office Manager / Bookkeeper
This position pays $26-$28 DOE. There are currently no benefits available upon hire.

•Multi-State Payroll knowledge
•Comfortable in Construction Work Environment – Open Personality!
•High School Diploma
•Accounting Knowledge/Account Payable/Bookkeeping Experience
•Licensed Notary is a PLUS!
•Proficient with QuickBooks
•Proficient with Office Suites
