OEM Coordinator

Our client is looking for a temporary OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Coordinator to come and work at a manufacturing company in Spokane Valley WA! This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail oriented, has great communication skills and enjoys a fast-paced environment working as team across multiple departments. Compensation for the OEM Coordinator

• $20 Per Hour
• Monday – Thursday, 6 am – 4:30 pm
• Temporary position but could become permanent for right candidate

Responsibilities of the OEM Coordinator

• Work closely with OEM customers assisting them with product price and availability, order entry, order status, forecasting and problem solving any issues or concerns
• Analyze customer requirements obtained via EDI or customer websites and coordinate demands with Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Shipping
• Communicate closely with Engineering, Accounting, Purchasing, QA and other relevant departments
• Support managers by communicating closely on major accounts, issues and new sales opportunities
• Provide support to the sales department in other areas and accept additional responsibilities as necessary

Requirements for the OEM Coordinator

• Strong communication skills – both written and oral
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments
• Microsoft Office proficiency (including MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Team player
• Ability to prioritize workload and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in an MRP production system preferred
• Great attitude and lots of enthusiasm are essential
