Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Associate:

We are looking for energetic candidates with a passion for sales calls that know how to build and maintain relationships with clients and are adept at putting out a high volume of telephone calls and emails.
Compensation of the Inside Sales Associate:
• Salary range is a base of $40,000 and estimated annual salary around $55,000
• Excellent benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance and vacation
• 40 hours per week (7AM-4PM and 7AM -3PM on Fridays)
All hires will be expected to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Qualifications of the Inside Sales Associate:
• 3-5 years inside sales experience with a track record of success.
• Candidates with industry knowledge of real estate, media, magazines or advertising are highly preferred.
• Driven to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled at closing.
