Ready to take your stellar customer service skills to the next level? Our client, a premier Real Estate office in Coeur d’Alene, is growing and looking for their next rising star to cover their front desk! This is the entry-level position in their administrative team from which a number of their existing staff have launched their career. This is a full-time position with hours 9am-6pm and Sunday 9am – 5pm, with Saturday and Monday being your days off. Position starts at $13 hour with benefits upon hire.
Responsibilities of Front Desk – Customer Relations:
The agents in this office are your customers. With over 200 of them, over-the-top service is what you’ll be providing to them. This will include answering incoming calls and greeting walk-in traffic with warmth and enthusiasm. Utilizing proprietary software to update contracts, home sale data, and listing information. There will be opportunity to expand your knowledge helping with special projects throughout the office.
Compensation for Front Desk – Customer Relations:
Hourly pay starts at $13. Benefits upon hire that include profit sharing and 401(k).
Requirements of Front Desk – Customer Relations:
Front desk- customer service experience
Phone experience covering 5 lines
LOVE to provide admin support
Professional presentation both in-person and over the phone
Multi-tasking is a 2nd sense for you
