Responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep
This position works within a team of 5 handling all inbound calls. You will be the first point of contact to prospect customers and existing customers. Information is entered into their system and routed to the appropriate dept. You do have the opportunity to put on your sales hat and provide upsell service and products. No quota established just a little competition within the team. Other duties include making outbound calls to existing customer, maintaining customer database and maintain communication with dispatches and managers.
The ideal candidate will have experience and proficiency in the following areas:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Typing skills and proficient with phone systems
• Highly organized and exceptional follow-through abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to schedule accurately and correctly
• Making outbound calls
Compensation for the Customer Service Representative
Starting salary is $15 per hour.
This is a day shift Tuesday – Fri 10 am – 6:30 pm and Sat 8 am- 5 pm. You will train Mon- Fri from 8 am – 4:30 pm.

Requirements of Customer Service Representative:
• 1-year prior admin or call center experience
• Highly organized
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Clearly understands what it means to work in a fast-paced, goal driven environment
• Strong multitasking ability and problem-solving skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Passion for providing great customer service
• Pass a background
