We have a unique customer service administrator position with an established consulting firm in Coeur d’Alene, ID. Unique because to start, you will be the entire department- providing both the customer service and client support as well as handling the very detail oriented paperwork processing to get H2A Visa applications submitted and approved through the appropriate government agencies. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
The actual title of this position is H2A Visa Coordinator. In this roll you are managing the visa application process for your farm and agricultural clients all over the U.S. You’re a person that thrives in a deadline oriented environment where attention to detail, the ability to be proactive and anticipate the needs of your clients, and the joy of developing deep relationships with your clients is what drives you. This is a newer division of this organization and they’re looking for the team player that wants to come in and quickly learn what they need to know to be able to make a difference as a 1-person division. Then take the reins and grow the division through improved streamlined processes and client development. The opportunity for personal and divisional growth is yours for the making!
Compensation for the Customer Service Administrator:

Requirements of the Customer Service Administrator:
Proven Client development experience
Proficient MS Office skills
Knowledge of Farming/Ag industries Preferred
Attention to detail and deadlines
Experience developing/streamlining processes
