Our client provides mental health services and needs your medical office and customer service experience to keep up with patient account management. This is your opportunity to help ensure patient care runs smoothly.
Responsibilities of the Client Account Representative:
You will spend a good amount of time entering insurance data from one program to another. Conducting research on the Medicare website and setting up providers in the system are other daily tasks. You will also be inputting demographic information of patients from paper forms to the EMR system and helping with credentialing.
Compensation of Client Account Representative:
You will work M-F 8am-5pm at $16.50/hr. Centrally located in downtown Spokane (parking provided) with the satisfaction of knowing the job you do makes a difference! Estimated length of this assignment is 2 months but could be a long term fit for the right person.
Requirements of the Client Account Representative:
– Medical office experience- scheduling, billing, insurance verification
– Familiarity with credentialing preferred
– Proficient computer skills
– Fast and accurate data entry
– Ability to multi-task
– Ability to work on own with little interaction
