Responsibilities of the Business Development Rep:
You’ll be spending the majority of your day on the phone reaching out to past and existing clients to develop and maintain long-term relationships. There is a lot to learn when you consider you’ll be speaking to your customers about their cars and all that goes into them. Parts, service, warranty work, recalls, and is it time to upgrade that Cadillac? Having an eye for detail and exceptional computer skills to accurately enter data and search for information will be required to be successful in this position.
