Compensation of the Assemblers
• Due to the need, currently working Monday – Friday, 6am – 4:30pm (50 hour work week)
• Normal schedule is Monday – Friday, 7am – 3:30pm (40 hour work week)
• Some overtime will be mandatory
• $18 Per Hour

Responsibilities of the Assemblers
• Attend daily meetings to review the goals and workload for the day
• Understand the company’s needs and goals
• Communicate your questions and input
• Follow work instructions to complete basic, routine assemblies and test operations
• Operate hand tools to assemble breaker boxes (some wiring), and large cabinets to specific standards
• Record accurate production and traceability information as required
• Complete equipment set-up / changeover configurations
• Identify materials and shortages
• Follow work procedures/operating instructions
• Participate in cross-training of processes as assigned
• Inspect your work and inspect work of others to ensure the reduction of defects and enhanced product quality
• No supervisory responsibilities
• All other duties as assigned
Requirements of the Assemblers
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Ability to do basic math
• Ability to use measurement and hand tools
• Attention to detail
• Work in a plant / warehouse environment with varying conditions
• Must be able and willing to work varying schedules which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Stand for long periods of time and must be able to frequently bend, twist, reach, stoop, kneel or crouch
