Compensation of the Assembly Day Shift
• Monday – Thursday, 6am – 4:30pm
• $17 per hour
• Excellent benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401(k) with contribution matching and profit sharing, and educational assistance!
Responsibilities of the Assembly Day Shift
• Read wiring schematics
• Assemble products in an efficient and safe manner
• Work with castings, bolts, screws, wiring harnesses, thermostats, and adhesive clips
• Use small power tools and hands to assemble parts together
Requirements of the Assembly Day Shift
• Stand / walk the entire shift
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills
• Ability to life up to 50lbs on occasion
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good manual dexterity
