Responsibilities of the Admin Assistant:
You will be providing top-notch administrative support to a small Customer Service team and the Director of Business Development. Lots of data entry into a proprietary software system as well as using MS Office for communication and product tracking. Accuracy of information is critical, so strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills are essential for success.
Compensation for the Administrative Assistant:
This is an excellent Contract-to-hire opportunity with a great home-grown company in the Spokane Valley. Hours: M-F, 8am to 5pm $15hr.+DOE Excellent benefits upon hire!
Requirements of the Admin Assistant:
• 1+ yr in a fast paced admin support role
• Strong MS Office skills
• Proficient typing/data entry skills 50wpm
• Quick Learner with ability to understand technical terms
• Team player
