Compensation for the Account Manager (Lubrication Specialist)
• $20 – $24 Per Hour DOE
• Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Responsibilities of the Account Manager (Lubrication Specialist)
• Lead and oversee inventory management of all lubricant products with month end count, ordering, shipping, and receiving to other plants and non-local customers
• Monitor lube inventory levels using SQL Reports for all Western Plants
• Place orders and coordinate shipping through our vendors (Mobil, VP, Coolants Plus) for all Western Plants
• Work with Mobil and our internal team to maintain and keep current our Mobil BuyBack account
• Assist with lube price increases, setting up new product item codes, and Inventory/Pricing controls
• Smoothly answer and operate phone system, communicating with customers in a professional manner
• Greet and assist walk-in customers or suppliers in a professional manner
• Perform data entry of delivery tickets, work orders and other account information as needed
• Perform various clerical functions to include copying, printing, filing, sending, receiving, distributing documents
• Lead and participate in weekly Lube Meetings
• Responsible for keeping Mobil DPICM requirements current for all Western Plants
• Inside sales to current BB and non BB accounts
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements for the Account Manager (Lubrication Specialist)
• 3 to 5 Years of solid industry experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer experience in various programs
• Ability to perform basic math equations
• Key competencies: Action Oriented, Customer Focused, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Results Oriented
• Physical requirements: ability to sit for long periods, lift 30 – 50 lbs., work in moderate noise levels, and work with minimum supervision
